Their story from their website

The Museum of Curiosities is Dublin’s most unusual destination – a two-floor labyrinth of strange artefacts, eerie objects and peculiar histories. Located at 35 Pembroke Street Lower, just a short walk from St Stephen’s Green and Merrion Square Park, this living cabinet of curiosities features a two-headed cow, mummified remains, haunted dolls, sorrowful clowns, Victorian relics, weird taxidermy, antique medical devices and objects that defy explanation.

Curated by Dubliner and cabaret performer Monsieur Pompier, the museum began as a cult Twitter account sharing curious images from old books, archives and forgotten corners of the internet. Over time, it evolved into a physical collection – a space shaped by years of travel, performance and an obsession with the grotesque, the uncanny and the overlooked.

Every object tells a story: fragments of folklore, medical missteps, theatrical inventions or traces of long-lost belief. Whether you’re drawn to the macabre, fascinated by the bizarre or simply looking for something you won’t find anywhere else, the Museum of Curiosities offers a truly distinctive experience in the heart of Dublin.

The visit has been organised by Nicole from Acephale Cabaret and Goth Ireland on Saturday the 21st of June 2025 a perfect solstice day.

I really enjoyed to take pictures of the different artefacts there adding my own folk horror/german expressionism touch as usual.
